Home and location Fully detached villa with private pool with a splendid view over the surrounding forests and hills. The villa is located in a peaceful setting southeast of Flayosc. Ideal for your privacy. There is a terrace at the front of the house with a superb view that is great for just sitting and relaxing. The house is about 4 km from the picturesque village of Flayosc where you will find nice terraces and restaurants. Other attractive villages in the area are Salernes, Lorgues, Tourtour, Les Arcs and Figanières. The lovely town of Draguignan is only a few kilometres away. It has a busy town centre with all the shops and a large supermarket. You can take trips to the sea near Sainte Maxime or Fréjus or to the imposing Gorges du Verdon, the large and brilliant Lac de Ste Croix and the mountains of Les Maures. Golf: La Motte (25 km).
