Home and location Detached, spacious villa with a private swimming pool in a beautiful T-shape. The house is quietly located, approx. 1 km from the center of the lively Provencal village of Lorgues. Lorgues is situated 13 km west of Draguignan. The house has beautiful grounds of 3000 m2 and offers a lovely view of the surrounding hills and forests. The house is divided into two parts: the ground floor has a large living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet; the first floor has a living room, a simple kitchen area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The main street of the beautiful Provencal village of Lorgues has pretty shops, lively outdoor, cafes and good restaurants. A large Provencal market is held here every Tuesday. There are many charming villages in the surrounding district, such as Le Luc, le Thoronet, Salernes, Tourtour, les Arcs, and the city of Draguignan. The abbey of le Thoronet is well known and well worth a visit, as are the famous Gorges du Verdon. The beaches of St Raphaël, Fréjus, St Tropez, and Cannes can be easily reached.
