Home and location Handsomely furnished, detached house with a private swimming pool. A splendid view over the sea and a part of the beautiful coast can be enjoyed from the terrace, the pool and especially from the first floor windows. The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area in the seaside resort of Les Issambres, close to the community of Saint-Aygulf. There is a rocky cove about 300 m from the house and a bit further on a small beach. A larger beach, ‘La Plage de la Gaillarde’, can be found at 600 m from the house. Les Issambres is situated between the well-known larger seaside resorts of Sainte Maxime and Fréjus. Beautiful daytrips can be undertaken to the coasts to Saint-Tropez and Hyères, or, in the opposite direction, to Saint-Raphaël and Cannes. Les Issambres is located at the foot of the mountain massif les Maures, where many beautiful walks and cycling tours can be attempted. The hinterland is very lovely, where charming villages such as Roquebrune sur Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc, Lorgues and the town of Draguignan can be discovered. The Côte d’Azur with the excellent cities of Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Menton and Monte-Carlo can also be easily reached. Golf: Roquebrune (10 km).
