Home and location Fully detached holiday villa with a beautifully designed private swimming pool, located in a quiet neighbourhood about 2 kilometers from the center of Châteaurenard. The Provençal town is located south of the city of Avignon, known for its imposing popes' palace and the theater festival in July. In Châteaurenard you will find many cafes, terraces and restaurants. You can go there for all groceries and there are several supermarkets. This very spacious holiday house has 5 bedrooms, three of which have double beds (two of which have their own bathroom), the two bedrooms with a single bed both have a spacious mezzanine, each with a single mattress on the floor, (in itself more suitable for children / young people). The picturesque town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is only 11 kilometers away, with many nice shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants, but also with many monuments from Roman times. Numerous trips can be made from your holiday house: the Les Alpilles mountain range with excellent walking and cycling opportunities, the interesting cities of Avignon, Nìmes and Arles with beautiful old centers and numerous monuments from Roman times, the high-lying Les-Baux-de- Provence, the famous Pont-du-Gard near Uzès and the picturesque Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its busy Provençal Sunday market. A day trip to the Mediterranean Sea at Saintes-Maries-de-la Mer or at Le Grau-du-Roi is also possible. There are golf courses at Avignon (13 km) and Mouries (29 km).
