Home and location Detached holiday house with terrace, large garden and private swimming pool, quietly situated at approx. 3 km from both the village of Bétaille and Puybrun and only 2 km from the Dordogne river at Carennac. The spacious, characteristic house (living space approx. 360 m2) is pleasantly and comfortably furnished and ideal for a larger group. On the ground floor there is a pleasant living room with an open kitchen and on the first floor there is a second cozy sitting room with a bar. The children have certainly been thought of, for outside there is playing equipment and a sandpit. Young and old will enjoy the table football game, the billiards table and the ping-pong table, which are located in a separate play area. There are excellent cycling opportunities in the immediate area, a recreational lake is 3 km away and canoeing and fishing can be enjoyed at the picturesque town of Carennac. Near Saint-Céré (12 km) is a beautiful 9-hole golf course. Many of the tourist attractions and sights in the Lot are only a short distance from your holiday house: the castle of Castelnau, the caves of Lacave, picturesque villages such as Carennac, Autoire and Beaulieu and of course the famous Gouffre de Padirac. In Puybrun you will find most basic services, further facilities can be found in Vayrac (5.5 km) and in Bretenoux (7 km).
