Home and location Spacious house with an enclosed private pool situated only 50 m from the Dordogne river. The balcony at the front of the house offers a fine view over the river. Privacy near the swimming pool at the back of the house is guaranteed. The comfortable house offers a spacious living-room of 65 m2 with a fireplace. The house is located a few kilometres from the village of St Vincent de Cosse and near the hamlet of Port d’Enveaux, in the heart of the Dordogne region. Groceries can be purchased in St Cyprien (7 km) or in Beynac. The lively town of Sarlat is only 15 km away. Nearby, all the tourist attractions this region has to offer can be found: Domme, Les Eyzies, the caves of Lascaux, the castel of Milondes. Canoes can be hired from the owner of the house. There is a small beach at the Dordogne riverside, some 50 m from the house. Golf: Siorac (15 km).
