Home and location This very comfortable and spacious holiday house with heated indoor swimming pool is quietly situated on the outskirts of the village of Penmarch in the southwest of Finistère, 1.5 km from the sea and the sandy beach and 700 m from all amenities. Thanks to the many extras, the well-furnished holiday house is a pleasant place to stay in every season. From the house you have direct access to the beautiful, heated indoor swimming pool filtered by bromium and provided with counter current. You also have access to a jacuzzi. There are several televisions in the house and there is a good sound system (also at the swimming pool). Sliding doors give access to spacious terraces and to the pleasant, fully fenced garden where children can play safely. The 5 km long sandy beach is about 1.5 km from the house. Hikers can indulge themselves, the Grande Randonnée 34 runs through the village and takes you along the beautiful, unspoilt coast. Penmarch is a typical Breton coastal town with the famous Eckmühl lighthouse as a beacon. You can go to the village for all groceries, there is a supermarket and there are several restaurants and creperies. Cozy towns such as nearby Pont-l'Abbé, the pleasant coastal town of Audierne and the historic city of Quimper are certainly worth a visit, and it is also nice to visit the fortified town of Concarneau for a day.
