Home and location Well-furnished, detached holiday villa with private pool, terraces and a beautiful balcony, located in the immediate hinterland of Lloret de Mar (7 km) in the quiet residential area of the Serra Brava. From the balcony and by the pool you have a wide view towards the coast. The living room and kitchen are on the level of the pool. The spacious and pleasant holiday home is not far from the sea and the beaches of Canyelles and Lloret. Here you will find plenty of water sports, plenty of cafes and restaurants, cozy shops and there is also no shortage of entertainment options. Children will not soon forget a visit to the water park "Waterworld" located near Lloret. The adjacent well-known coastal towns of Blanes and Tossa de Mar are also not far. The beautiful mountain area behind the Parc Natural del Montseny also has a lot to offer; small roads with beautiful views take you through unspoiled nature and picturesque villages. And then there are of course the interesting cities of Girona and Barcelona, ??which are definitely worth a visit. Both places can easily be reached via the motorway, but you can also choose to take the train along the coast to visit Barcelona. For groceries you can go to a large supermarket 5 km away, all other amenities can be found in Lloret de Mar. NB. Due to the location of the swimming pool and the adjacent stairs, the house is not suitable for small children.
