Home and location House with a swimming pool, set quietly, approx. 3 km from Spina, approx. 20 km southeast of Perugia. The house consists of the owner's house and an apartment accommodating 2-4 persons (ca 90 m2). The fine swimming pool is private and is only used by the customer. The owner does not use the pool The house is simply, yet neatly furnished and from the veranda and swimming pool a beautiful view can be enjoyed of the green hilly surroundings. Many daytrips can be started from this central position. First and foremost trips are recommended to the interesting cities of Perugia and Assisi. However, Todi and Orvieto are also well worth visiting. The hills offer wonderful walking routes, as well as charming villages. Lake Trasimeno is situated 20 km from the house and features pretty villages and islands that can be visited by the public.
