Home and location Completely detached stone house with private swimming pool, 2 km from the village of Sovicille, only 11 km south of Siena in Tuscany. The tastefully decorated house is located in the hamlet of San Giusto in a beautiful hilly and wooded area. You have a large paved courtyard in front of the house, a garden next to the house and directly from the living room, which is half a floor below, you have access to a covered terrace, a nice place to eat meals. The (standing) swimming pool has a wooden terrace, which is also a good place to relax. You have a beautiful view over the valley. Most basic services are available in Sovicille (bar, restaurant, grocer, pharmacy). All other amenities, including a supermarket, can be found in Rosia at 5 km. The location of the house is ideal for visiting Siena with its impressive cathedral and the famous Piazzo del Campo. The impressive square, with cafes, restaurants and palazzi, is surrounded by cozy medieval streets. You can also take trips to beautiful places such as Montalcino, Volterra, San Quirico d'Orcia and Buenconvento. A day trip to the cities of Florence and Arezzo is also possible (both approx. 80 km).
