Home and location I05.030 is an apartment on the first floor of a house that is divided into two apartments (see I05.031). The house, originally the farmers' house, is located next to the main house on the edge of the terrain. From the windows there is a wonderful view over the valley (see photo). The ground floor is used as storage space. The property is a large family business engaged in tourism, agriculture and horses. The position of the farm is beautiful, on top of a hill, about 35 km from Arezzo. The whole estate occupies roughly 247 acres. There are various apartments, a few detached homes, a large swimming-pooll and horse riding. In the near area there are many sports facilities as well as historic and picturesque villages such as Poppi and Caprese, whereas Chiusi della Verna hosts an important Franciscan pilgrims' chapel.
