Home and location A detached house located close to the swimming pool. You dispose of your own garden. The house is modestly but neatly decorated. The property is a large family business engaged in tourism, agriculture and horses. The position of the farm is beautiful, on top of a hill, about 35 km from Arezzo. The whole estate occupies roughly 247 acres. There are various apartments, a few detached homes, a large swimming-pooll and horse riding. In the near area there are many sports facilities as well as historic and picturesque villages such as Poppi and Caprese, whereas Chiusi della Verna hosts an important Franciscan pilgrims' chapel. Golf court: Poppi at 5 km.
