Home and location Beautifully situated holiday home with swimming pool and large grounds, with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Mont-Ventoux. You can relax on the terrace both during the day and in the evening. The house is located in a quiet spot on a large property of three and a half hectares, partly with olive trees. At the rear of the house is an apartment rented by a discreet young couple, they have their own access and have no view at all of the house, terrace and pool. You have access to a lockable storage room for bicycles. The varied environment of Mormoiron lends itself very well to cycling trips, for both experienced and less experienced cyclists. The Mont-Ventoux is of course a great challenge for many, but there are also numerous small country roads suitable for less experienced cyclists. Characteristic Provencal villages such as Villes-sur-Auzon, Bédoin and Flassan are in the immediate vicinity. The larger cities such as Carprentras and Avignon are also not far. Just outside the village is a nice recreational lake for swimming and fishing. In Mormoiron you can find the basic facilities (bakery, grocery, pharmacy), in nearby Bédoin (about 4 km) you will find a supermarket in addition to numerous cozy terraces and restaurants and on Monday mornings there is a large Provencal weekly market.
