Home and location Detached holiday home with private pool and enclosed garden, 3 km from the wine village of Rochegude and 4 km from the town of Bollène. The lovely garden with the large swimming pool borders directly on the vineyards. The road between Bollène and Rochegude is behind the comfortably furnished house. Attached to the mainhouse is a fully furnished accommodation for two people (see description of the dependance and photos), which brings the total number of people for the whole to eight. The garden is adjacent to the vineyards and there is a large area with trees where children can play. The road between Rochegude and Bollène runs behind the house. Rochegude is a picturesque wine village with a few facilities such as a restaurant, a café, a grocer and a bakery. The large supermarkets can be found in Bollène. Also in the nearby village of Suze-la-Rousse you can go for all groceries (5 km). The central location makes it possible to explore the Vaucluse, as well as the Drôme and the Ardèche. In the Vaucluse there are well-known wine villages such as Cairanne, Rasteau and Gigondas and the pleasant Vaison-la-Romaine (28 km) is also within easy reach. A trip to the top of the Mont-Ventoux from Malaucène is definitely recommended. The cities of Orange and Avignon are also worth a visit. In the Drôme you can enjoy the purple fields around Grignan and Dieulefit during the lavender season. The attractive town of Nyons is especially worth visiting on the Thursday market day. Finally, in the Ardèche you should not miss a trip through the imposing Gorges of the river. You can rent canoes in Saint-Martin d’Ardèche (23 km).
