Home and location Fully detached holiday home with private swimming pool, located in a quiet residential area of the resort of Les Issambres. From the terrace and around the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the hills and the residential area. From the balcony you overlook the sea and the mountains of L'Esterel. The spacious, well-appointed villa is spread over three floors and ideal for a larger group. The generous swimming pool is filtered by means of salt electrolysis, a treat for the skin. A few small beaches and pretty creeks are within walking distance of the house (900 m). A larger sandy beach, the Plage de Gaillarde, is 2 km from your holiday home. Both in Les Issambres and in the pleasant seaside resort of Saint-Aygulf (3 km) are many restaurants and terraces. You will find every possible beach entertainment just a few kilometers from your holiday house, and you can also practice a large number of water sports such as surfing, kite surfing, diving and parasailing. For children, a visit to the Aqualand water park at Sainte-Maxime is a wonderful experience (15 km). Les Issambres is very centrally located between the seaside resorts of Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, an ideal place for exploring the coast with more famous places such as Saint-Tropez, Hyères and Cannes. The hinterland is also worth a visit, with picturesque villages such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc and Lorgues. The beautiful Les Maures mountain range invites you to go on cycling and hiking trips. Golf enthusiasts can indulge in the beautiful golf courses at Roquebrune-sur-Argens (10 km) and Sainte-Maxime (12 km).
