Home and location Fully detached holiday house with private swimming pool and beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, located in a residential area in Les Issambres. The nearest beach, the Plage de la Gaillarde, is only 500 m away. The spacious floor on the first floor (see layout) gives you a truly magnificent view towards Saint-Raphaël and the mountains of L 'Esterel. The holiday house is located as the crow flies at less than 100 m from the sea and is situated on a small road that runs parallel to the fairly busy coastal road. The proximity to the sea, beach and cozy seaside resorts makes this a wonderful vacation spot. Both in Les Issambres and in Saint-Aygulf there are cozy terraces and restaurants and you can go there for groceries. Besides the beaches you will also find beautiful creeks everywhere and in the immediate vicinity you can practice a variety of water sports such as surfing, kite surfing, diving and parasailing. The location, about halfway between Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, is ideal for exploring the coast with well-known seaside resorts such as Saint-Tropez, Hyères, Cannes and Nice. For the children, a visit to the Aqualand water park at Sainte-Maxime (10 km) is a wonderful experience. The hinterland is also worth a visit, with picturesque villages such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc and Lorgues. The beautiful Les Maures mountain range invites you to go on cycling and hiking trips. Golf enthusiasts can indulge in the beautiful golf course at Roquebrune-sur-Argens (9 km). NB. The entrance to the house is less suitable for cars with a low chassis.
