Home and location Fully detached villa in very peaceful setting with a lovely large covered private pool with alarm. The property and balcony offer a beautiful view over the hills and the valley towards the sea and the islands near Hyères, as well as over Mount Coudon near Toulon. The house is on a nice large plot of land on a slope in a very quiet villa complex about 3 km west of the attractive Provencal village of Solliès-Ville, in the direction of Les Baux Rouges. The house has several levels. The living room and kitchen are on the same level as the pool, two bedrooms are downstairs and two more upstairs. Three bedrooms have an en-suite. The house is furnished traditionally. Solliès-Ville is beautifully situated in the hills to the southeast of the attractive port of Toulon. In this mountainous region there are marvellous walks in Les Maures or on the Montagne de la Sainte Baume, and it is worth taking a lovely trip to Solliès-Toucas across the Plateau de Siou-Blanc to the lovely village of Signes. The Mediterranean coast at Le Pradet and Hyères is about a 25-30 minute drive. Other places for swimming in the area: Bormes les Mimosas, Bandol, Sanary, Saint-Tropez and Le Lavandou. In the area there are also nice villages such as Pierrefeu, Cuers, Collobrières, Forcalqueiret or Belgentier. You can also take trips to the brilliant islands such as Porquerolles and Port-Cros on the coast of Hyères, or to the attractive ports of Toulon and Marseilles. For simple shopping needs Solliès-Ville will suffice. For better stocked shops you will have to go to La Farlède. Golf: La Londe (25 km). Sea at Hyères about 25 km. NB; The pool is very close to the villa and so the house is not recommended for small children or non-swimmers.
