Home and location Beautifully restored and very quietly located house with a private swimming pool in Fabre. Fabre is a hamlet in the Ardêche region situated south-west of Les Vans. You have the most wonderful and far reaching view on the surrounding mountains. The level with the living room, the bathroom, toilet and the bedroom for 1 person is house accessible to people in a wheel-chair. Shopping can be done at about 14 km. Day trips can be made to the mountainous region of the Cevennes or the Gorges de l'Ardêche. Interesting towns and cities like Uzès, Orange and even Avignon can be visited.

10-06-2017:
We zochten en huis dat toegankelijk was met een elektrische rolwagen. Dit huis is werkelijk ideaal voor ons. Nergens een opstapje, wc en douche heel goed bereikbaar, zelfs met een tiltoestel. De omgeving is fenomenaal mooi. Enig minpunt, het is ongeveer 14km rijden naar het dichtste grootwarenhuis. Niets vergeten van de winkel dus!!

Ein sehr abgelegenes schön umgebautes altes Haus, geräumig, alles vorhanden. Lediglich die Matrazen einiger Betten können ausgetauscht werden. Eine wunderbare Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick und perfektes Schwimmbad. Wer die Einsamkeit sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Prima locatie om uit de hectiek van de dagelijkse werkelijkheid even te ontsnappen. Ten aanzien van de winkels kwaliteit is goed alleen de nabijheid is minder. Dit wordt overigens wel op de site aangegeven. Als stedeling moet je goed beseffen dat de supermarkt op een half uur (= 14 km) rijden van het huis is. Niets vergeten dus.
