Home and location Commodious mansion with private pool, in the village of Saint-Cybardeaux. Saint-Cybardeaux is a quiet village in the Charente region, approx. 20 km northwest of Angoulême and approx. 25 km northeast of Cognac. The house is fitted with every modern convenience and stands on extensive grounds, approx. 1000 m2. The house is spacious: the surface area is 450 m2. The large private swimming pool comes with a covered veranda. The tennis court is only 200 m from the house; the key can be collected at the local grocer, 100 m from the house. The cognac region is world famous. It is recommended to pay a visit to the city of Angoulême and its twelfth century Cathédrale de St Pierre. A daytrip to the beach is also among the possibilities; it takes about an hour and fifteen minutes by car. Golf: Angoulême (20 km).
