Home and location Detached holiday house with private swimming pool and sauna in Sérignan in the Languedoc, 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Valras-Plage. The tastefully and contemporary furnished house is located in a residential area just 1 km from the lively center of the village where you will find all amenities. You can go there for all groceries and there are several restaurants and cafes. There is also a lively market on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. The pool has generous sun terraces and is equipped with a water pump so that a pleasant temperature of the water is guaranteed. The presence of a spacious sauna makes the stay even more pleasant. The beach is not far and in the seaside resort of Valras-Plage are plenty of terraces and restaurants and certainly in the summer months it is very animated. You can stroll along the boulevard. Sérignan-Plage (7 km) offers less entertainment but also has a beautiful sandy beach. There are many places of interest in the area such as Béziers, Narbonne, the port city of Sète and the picturesque Pézenas. A little further away, but still easy to reach via the autoroute is Carcassonne (90 km). A visit to the medieval fortified city with its 52 towers and imposing walls is a must. The hinterland with the Montagne Noire and characteristic villages such as Aniane and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert is also very worthwhile. There is an 18-hole golf course at Montblanc, le Golf de Saint-Thomas. NB. If bedroom 3 is not needed, it is furnished as an office.
