Home and location Detached holiday house with private swimming pool in Sérignan in the Languedoc. The spacious and comfortably furnished villa is within walking distance of the lively village and all facilities are within a radius of 1 km from your holiday house (supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc.). The beautiful sandy beach of the resort of Valras-Plage is only 5 km away. There are plenty of terraces and restaurants here and certainly in the summer months it is very animated. Sérignan-Plage (6.5 km) offers a little less entertainment but does have a beautiful sandy beach. The house is located in a quiet area of Sérignan opposite a sports complex with sports field and tennis courts. The villa is very spacious with an apartment on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area and dining area, bedroom and bathroom, ideal if two people in the group want to be more on their own. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen (see further layout). The nice, covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool is a wonderful place to have meals or to sit in the shade. There are quite a few places of interest in the area such as Béziers, Narbonne, the port city of Sète and the picturesque Pézenas. A little further away, but still easy to reach via the autoroute is Carcassonne (90 km). A visit to the medieval fortified city with its 52 towers and imposing walls is a must. The hinterland with the Montagne Noire and characteristic villages such as Aniane and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert is also very worthwhile. There is an 18-hole golf course at Montblanc, Golf de Saint-Thomas.
