Home and location Semi-detached holiday house with large garden and shared use of the swimming pool, in a wonderful rural location 9 km from Montaigu-de-Quercy. Although you share the beautiful swimming pool with the owners, who live in the left part of this former farmhouse, the couple will never use it at the same time as you. The holiday home is beautifully situated in the midst of the rolling landscape of the capriciously shaped department of Tarn-et-Garonne, a vast area characterized by forests, colourful fields of sunflowers, fields, meadows and centuries-old bastides with cozy weekly markets on the squares lined with arcades. It is a region to relax, but also to take long walks and bike rides, to fish in one of the countless rivers or to enjoy the local produce in the excellent local restaurants. At Montaigu (9 km) is a recreational lake with a beach, tennis courts, mini golf and canoe rental. You can go horseback riding in Lacour (4 km) and golf courses at Sauveterre and Espalais (both around 35 km). In Montaigu-de-Quercy (9 km) you will find all amenities, the city of Agen is 35 km away.
