Home and location Quietly located, detached villa with a private swimming pool, approx. 400 m from the village of Flaugnac. Flaugnac is situated approx. 24 km south of Cahors and 5 km east of Castelnau Montralier. Groceries can be purchased in Castelnau. The spacious house (surface area 132 m2) is fitted with every modern convenience. You can sit for hours in the pool house next to the swimming pool, which was built in regional style. The shady garden offers enough room to play for the children. You will enjoy a wide view of the open fields. Flaugnac is situated on the border of the departments of Lot and Tarn et Garonne. In these surroundings you can visit quiet, characteristic villages such as Castelnau, Molières, Lauzerte, and the slightly bigger Moissac. Due north you will find several charming towns on the border of the Lot river: St Cinq Lapopie, Cahors, and Fumel. Canoeing is possible on the Lot river. Golf: Sauveterre (10 km).
