Home and location Detached holiday house with shared swimming pool near the village of Draché in the Loire region. This beautifully renovated and cosily furnished house is situated on a large domain where the owner's house is also located. With the holiday house you have access to a spacious and well-separated private terrace and you can also freely use the wonderfully large garden in which the swimming pool is located. Garden and swimming pool are also used by the owner, but in practice you will often stay alone. In the house you have a spacious living room with a mezzanine above it with two single beds. The spacious bedroom and the modern bathroom are located next to the open kitchen. The holiday home is just outside the village of Draché, 5 km away from Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine where all amenities are. You are here in the south of the Loire region, the area that is so well known and loved for its many beautiful castles, including Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and Chinon. Furthermore, it is a beautiful region for cycling (it is fairly flat) and you can enjoy the many good wines and cheeses for which this region is known.
