Home and location Detached house with private swimming pool just 500 m from the sea, 10 km south-east Concarneau not far from the Pointe de Trévignon on the south coast of Brittany. The beautifully furnished house is beautifully situated on a large fenced area adjacent to farmlands. From the house and from the garden you can see the sea. In a few minutes you can walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Kerouiny. The GR 34 also starts right here, the walking route that takes you along the ocean. A plus is the beautiful swimming pool, of which you can also profit fully in the early and late seasons because of the (automatically driven) roof. In Trévignon (4 km) there are a number of restaurants and cafes at the little harbor. All shopping can be done in Trégunc (6 km), here is also a large supermarket. The location of the holiday home is ideal for exploring both the coast and the hinterland of the south Finistere. Concarneau with the beautiful, walled old center (Ville Close) is 10 km away, in the cozy harbor town you will find numerous restaurants and terraces. The picturesque Pont-Aven is known by the painter Paul Gaugain. The town has many galleries and nice shops. The city of Quimper with its cathedral and atmospheric city center is also worth a visit.
