Home and location Holiday house with garden and terrace, beautifully situated on the edge of the hamlet of Perrotet, near the village of Gargas in the beautiful Luberon region, not far from the lively town of Apt. The holiday house is on a street in the hamlet of Perrotet, there is a parking space at 75 m (you can park a smaller car in the garden). There is a nice garden in front of the house with garden furniture, but you also have access to a large, slightly lower area to the side of the house. The beautiful village of Roussillon, widely known for its ocher grooves, is only 5 km from your holiday home. In the vicinity there are also many picturesque, high-altitude villages such as Bonnieux, Gordes, Ménerbes and Lacoste. In the villages you will find nice shops, cozy terraces and restaurants. Your holiday house is not far from the pleasant center of Apt, where you will also find plenty of restaurants, cafés and attractive shopping streets. On Saturday morning there is a large Provençal market that you should definitely not miss. All in all a very varied area where there is much to experience, because the Gorges de la Nesque, Mont-Ventoux and the beautiful Sénanque Abbey are within easy reach. Cities such as Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are also within easy reach. There are excellent walking opportunities in the immediate area and experienced cyclists can certainly indulge themselves in the varied area. There is an 18-hole golf course at Saumane (30 km). At Gargas (3.5 km) there is a bakery, a pharmacy, a grocery, a café and a restaurant. All other facilities, including the large supermarkets, can be found in Apt.

-Die Betreuung durch "basic travel" im Vorfeld war sehr gut (extra Nachfrage ...) -Haus und Ausstattung übertrafen sogar unsere Erwartungen -Der Vermieter, der im übrigen gut deutsch spricht, hielt Kontakt und war sehr hilfreich -die Lage ist ruhig, da kein direkter Autoverkehr stört, nur landwirtschaftliche Geräte waren manchmal sehr laut, aber das hat direkt mit dem Haus nichts zu tun. Luberon und Vaucluse sind hervorragende Wandergebiete.
