Home and location Very quietly set, detached house. This tastefully decorated house is located approximately 5 km from the center of the pretty town of Bollène and 1 km from the hamlet of Derboux. Derboux is situated halfway in between Bollène and the picturesque village of Rochegude. The view of the vineyard and the surrounding hills is stunning. The pine trees beside the house offer a good amount of shadow. The house stands on the outskirts of an 8 hectare vineyard; the owners of the house also live on that domain. Bollène is situated in beautiful surroundings in between the fine cities of Orange and Montelimar. The area features many charming villages, such as Grignan, Valréas, Nyons, Dieulefit, le Poët-Laval, Vaison la Romaine, and Crest. Daytrips can be attempted to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Avignon, Arles, and Nîmes. Cycle enthusiasts will find plenty of entertainment in a visit to the famous Mont Ventoux, known from the Tour de France. Golf: 15 km at la Garde Adhémar.
