Home and location Fully detached house, comfortably furnished and with a lovely large plot of land with approximately 600 trees, almost all planted by the owner. The house is situated about 1.5 km from the village of Lanarce. In front of the house there is a lovely terrace with barbecue and from the property you can enjoy a lovely view over the pastures, hills and forests. Lanarce is situated in the mountains of the Ardèche 1,200 metres above sea level in a beautiful hilly landscape on the edge of the Ardèche and Auvergne. In picturesque Coucouron, less than a 10-minute drive away, there is a dam lake with a beach, and the village itself has many restaurants and terraces. There is also everything you need for grocery shopping. For a larger supermarket you have to go to the lovely town of Langorne (about a 20 minute drive). In the area there are many opportunities for walks. For the more adventurous walkers and cyclists there is a lot to enjoy here with summits of up to more than 1,400 m in the area. Lanarce is in the Ardèche valley between Aubenas and Le Puy en Velay. It is possible to swim in the rivier de Ardèche between Lanarce and Aubenas, a lovely spot is at the Pont du Diable in the village of Thueyts. Excursions are possible to enchanting places such as Aubenas, Montélimar, Privas and above all to absolutely beautiful town of Le Puy en Velay; the lovely villages of Antraigues-sur-Volane, Vals les Bains, Pradelles, Largentière en Vogüé; to the Ray-Pic waterfall: the Gorges de l’Ardèche; to the Gerbier de Jonc with the bridge over the rivier de Loire; the lovely volcanic lake - the Lac d'Issarles; the beautiful Lac de Naussac in Langogne.
