Home and location Quietly set, detached house in the Normandy timber framing style, near the village of Clasville. The house is situated on the same terrain as the owner's house and has a large veranda, terrace and a small garden. Clasville is located 2 km from Cany-Barville and 20 km north of the seaside resort/fishing village of Fécamp. The sea, with both sandy and pebble beaches, is approx. 6 km from the house; the nearest beach is at the seaside resort of Veulettes sur Mer.The magnificent cliff coast is formed by imposing high chalk cliffs in this area. The scenic hilly surroundings offer exceptional walking paths, as well as cycling opportunities. Among the seaside villages and towns in the vicinity are Cany-Barville, with its excellent farmers market on Mondays, Fécamp, Saint Valéry en Caux, Dieppe, Veules les Roses, and Etretat. A visit to the old city centre of Rouen is also highly recommended. The toll bridge crossing the Seine, the Pont de Normandie, leads to the picturesque town of Honfleur, or to the landing beaches due south. Recreational lake: Lac de Caniel (2 km).
