Home and location Spacious holiday house at Périers in Normandy. This comfortable, spacious holiday house is part of a beautiful 17th-century country house and is located halfway between Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap de la Hague, less than fifteen minutes' drive from the sea. In the town of Périers, at 5 km, you will find all the amenities. If you want to combine country life with an occasional afternoon on one of the wide sandy beaches, then this is the place for you. The holiday house is in the right-hand part of the country house, the left-hand part is occupied by the owners, who run their farm on the large estate. They will be happy to show you, but also the children, the farm with cows and chickens and will gladly provide you with fresh milk and eggs. At the rear you have access to a beautiful terrace and a private, spacious fenced garden with a view of the lands and the large fish pond. If you want to cast a fishing rod ...... there is no shortage of carp. In the garden house immediately adjacent to the terrace is a Jacuzzi for 7 people that you can use for a fee. You can go hiking and cycling in the gently sloping area. A few bicycles can be rented on site and even two tandems, a very special way to explore the area. There are also numerous excursion options; you can make trips to the cozy Coutances with its impressive cathedral, to the beautifully situated harbour town of Granville or to the landing beaches north of Carentan (Utah Beach). A little further away, but certainly worth a day trip, is a visit to the famous Mont-Saint-Michel. In short, a nice holiday address where everyone will find something to their liking.
