Home and location Detached house in very peaceful setting near the village of Omonville la Rogue. Omonville is about 20 km west of Cherbourg on the Cap de la Hague, an area of stunning natural beauty. The house, built in 2007, is about 1 km from the sea. This modern house is ideally situated. You can take in the scenery and enjoy the rugged landscape of the region. You can go for a walking trips here of about 50 km along the chemin des douaniers, a smugglers path on the cliffs with several beautiful views (Nez de Jobourg). The lovely town of Cherbourg is close by. You can get everyday groceries in the village. There is a supermarket 6 km away. There is also a sailing school here, a diving school and you can go horseback riding. There is a long stretch of sandy beach at Vauville.
