Home and location Quietly located detached house just outside the hamlet of Le Vast. Le vast is situated at approx. 25 km east of Cherbourg and 7 km from the bathing resort of St Vaast la Hougue. The invasion beaches can easily be reached: utah Beach is at 25 km. In the area visits can be made to castal villages like Barfleur or St Vaast la Hougue. A little further away there are characteristic towns and villages like Carentan, St Loo, Bayeux and Caen. Golf: Cherbourg (20 km). Beach: 7 km.
