Home and location Comfortable holiday house at Chamborigaud in the Cevennes, halfway between Alès and Villefort. The garden is directly adjacent to a stream and nearby is an old stone bridge. depending on the season you will find, strawberries, raspberries, lettuce, thyme, rosemary and hazelnuts in the garden. The holiday house has a second kitchen on the sous-sol, which you can use as a summer kitchen, it borders directly on the garden. There are cooking facilities, a fridge and a sink. The picturesque village of Chamborigaud is just 1 km away. You can do your shopping there and there are a few cafés and restaurants. You will also find all the amenities in the nearby town of Génolhac. The rugged, unspoilt mountain scenery of both the Cévennes and the Monts de Lozère invites you to take wonderful walks. You can make numerous trips from your holiday home. A beautiful route takes you from Chamborigaud to Bessèges. It is nice to try the Provençal atmosphere at the lively market in the lively Saint-Ambroix on Tuesday morning (29 km). It is very easy to combine with a visit to the nearby Grotte de la Cocalière. Other characteristic places are Villefort and Les Vans. A day trip to the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, starting at Vallon-Pont-D'Arc (55 km), is certainly worthwhile. Here and there are nice places in the river Cèze to go into the water and sunbathe.
