Home and location Quietly located, detached house in the hamlet of La Feyrie, approx. 700 m from the village of St Viance. St Viance is situated approx. 12 km northwest of the old centre of Brive. This adorable house (no other word is possible) has a large garden that is fenced on three sides. The house borders on the Vézère river; there is no fence between the garden and the river. The house is fitted with all modern conveniences. In this beautiful region you will find lovely towns such as Objat, Donzevac, Turenne, Collonges la Rouge, and of course Brive. Groceries can be purchased in St Viance and Objat (5 km). Recreational lakes can be found in Chasteaux (20 km) and Chastagnol (30 km). Golf: Chastagnol (30 km) and Brive (15 km).
