Home and location Fully detached holiday house at Primelin in the southwest of the Finistère at 300 m from the beach and the ocean. The house, entirely built of wood, has a modern interior and is quietly situated on a fenced plot of 1800 m2. It has a beautiful terrace from where you can see the sea. The bedroom has a glass wall on the side of the living room, so that you even have a view from your bed. The beautiful coast with sandy beaches, rocks and creeks can be reached on foot in ten minutes. The center of the village is 1 km away, there is a small supermarket and a restaurant. All other facilities can be found in the lively harbour town of Audierne, just 7 km away. Here you will also find cozy terraces and a selection of (fish) restaurants. The Grande Randonné 34, the walking route that runs along the coast, is less than 500 m from the house. There are many small country roads in the area that are very inviting for cyclists. There are also a lot of trips to be made in this beautiful part of Brittany. The impressive Pointe du Raz is just 8 km away and you can take a boat trip from the port of Audierne to the Ile de Sein. If you would like to visit a city, Quimper with its centuries-old half-timbered houses and its impressive cathedral is certainly worth a visit. A visit to the pleasant harbour town of Douarnenez is also recommended.
