Home and location Fully detached holiday house with large garden, very quietly situated at only 800 m from the sea and beach at the town of Brigognan-Plages on the beautiful north coast of the Finistère. The spacious holiday house (250 m2) offers complete privacy, it is surrounded by farmland and has a beautifully landscaped garden where you can relax. Very special are the three magical, thousands of years old granite rocks that are located on the site between the house and the barn. The holiday home is a typical Sixties' house from the last century. Although it is not a very slick but somewhat older house, it is well maintained, beautifully decorated and attractive. All rooms are spacious, so the living room has two sitting areas and the master bedroom on the 1st floor also has its own sitting area and there are three bathrooms. The facilities are not far, in Brignogan-Plages (1 km) is a restaurant and a pharmacy, in Plounéour-Trez (1.5 km) a bakery, a grocer and a cafe. For all other facilities, such as a large supermarket, you can go to Kerlouan (5 km) and Lesneven (11 km). In addition to lovers of the sea and beach, hikers will also enjoy themselves here, there are beautiful walking routes along the coast. Cyclists can indulge themselves on the many small country roads. A nice trip is that to the historic bathing and fishing town of Roscoff. From the port there is a regular boat connection to the Ile-de-Batz. Also interesting cities such as Brest with the ocean aquarium Océanopolis, Morlaix with the characteristic railway bridge and the pleasant village of Landerneau are within easy reach.
