Home and location Nicely furnished holiday house with well-kept garden, located in the village of Etables-sur-Mer just 1 km from the sea, halfway between Saint-Quay-Portrieux and Binic on the beautiful coast of the Côtes d'Armor. The house is connected on one side and is located on a quiet street 150 m from all basic facilities (small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, café, restaurant). You have access to a nice fenced garden next to the house and a smaller garden at the rear. You can park on the site very well. The garden is separated by a wall from that of the neighbouring house. On cooler days, it is also nice to be in the pleasant conservatory. It is not far to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Les Godelins. The Grande Randonnée 34 hiking route starts here as well. For example, you can take a wonderful walk to Binic with constantly changing views of the impressive coast. The location of Etables is very central for exploring this varied part of Brittany. In the cozy Binic there are many pleasant terraces around the harbour and of course you will find numerous (fish) restaurants. Saint-Quay-Portrieux has a beautiful beach promenade and there is a casino. Other coastal towns are also easily accessible. You can take a day trip from the lively Paimpol to the Ile de Bréhat; from the Pointe de l'Arcouest just above Paimpol there are regular boat connections with the island. In the hinterland, a visit to the local town of Guingamp is certainly worthwhile. There is a beautiful 18-hole golf course at 8 km from Lanvollon.
