Inside, you can enjoy 166 m² of comfortable living space with a bright living room with television, an inviting dining area and a modern kitchen with cooking island and breakfast corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa features two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a separate office space. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower. The house is spread over three floors with two internal staircases; the staircase descending from the living and dining area can be closed with a child safety gate.

Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, a well-maintained garden, several terraces with sea views, a children’s play area, a portable barbecue and outdoor parking.
