This comfortable detached holiday home for nine people features a private swimming pool and is located in a quiet residential area just five kilometers from Lloret de Mar and its beautiful beaches. The house sits on a 1,700 m² plot and has a living area of 120 m², divided into two independent apartments. This layout is perfect for families who want to enjoy their holiday together while still maintaining privacy.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, with direct access to a shaded terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (135x190 cm) and one with a bunk bed plus a single bed (90x190 cm), as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor features a large living room with TV and a terrace with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with double beds (135x190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, a shaded terrace, a barbecue, and parking. The property is rented exclusively to families; bookings by groups of young people under 35 years are not allowed.
The location is ideal for exploring the area. Lloret de Mar’s beaches are just five kilometers away, offering plenty of recreational and water sports activities. The nearby resorts of Blanes and Tossa de Mar are easily accessible. For families, the ‘Waterworld’ park in Lloret is highly recommended. The nearby Parc Natural del Montseny provides beautiful hiking trails through unspoiled nature and picturesque villages. The cultural cities of Girona and Barcelona are also within easy reach for day trips, and there is a golf course just eight kilometers away.
