Beautiful detached villa for 8 people, located in a very quiet area, just 2.5 km from the stunning Cala Canyelles beach, 3 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 4.5 km from the charming walled medieval town of Tossa de Mar. With its modern architecture, spacious 200 m² living area and 1,034 m² plot, this villa offers the perfect combination of style, comfort, and functionality for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright, sunny living room with comfortable sofas and a 42″ satellite TV with DVD, open to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and tableware so you can prepare meals as if you were at home. There is also a bedroom with bunk beds (90x190 cm) and a guest toilet.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a double bed (150x190 cm), a sofa bed, and a bathroom with hydromassage and bathtub. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (135x190 cm), plus a second full bathroom. From the spacious terrace on this floor, you can enjoy stunning views of the villa and its surroundings.

Outside, the villa has a large garden with a private pool (10x4 m), including a shallow area for children, a comfortable lounge area, and a terrace. For those who want to stay active, there is a well-equipped gym and a jacuzzi (cold water). Free internet and air conditioning are included in the price.

The villa is rented exclusively to families; groups of young people and parties are not allowed. There is an annex for maintenance staff with a separate entrance.
