This comfortable and well-equipped villa with private pool, several terraces and a beautiful balcony is located in the quiet residential area of Serra Brava, just 7 km from Lloret de Mar. From the pool and the balcony, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views towards the coast. The living room and kitchen are on pool level; two of the upstairs bedrooms have direct access to the balcony.
The house is ideally located near the sea and the beaches of Canyelles and Lloret, where you’ll find water sports, lively terraces, restaurants and shops, as well as a vibrant nightlife. Families will enjoy a visit to Waterworld, the popular water park near Lloret.
The charming coastal towns of Blanes and Tossa de Mar are also close by. Nature lovers can explore the beautiful Parc Natural del Montseny, with scenic routes through unspoilt landscapes and picturesque villages.
The historic city of Girona and the vibrant city of Barcelona are both within easy reach via the motorway. Alternatively, you can take the scenic coastal train to Barcelona.
A large supermarket is located 5 km away, and all other amenities are available in Lloret de Mar.
