Holiday house in Apecchio with pool, in Marche

Ancient farmhouse located on the top of a hill surrounded by the Catria and Nerone woods, where you can taste forest products such as truffles and mushrooms. In a few minutes you can reach places of art such as Urbino, and visit the small neighboring villages full of history and medieval art. All around the view ranges freely between rolling hills, woods and paths. Excellent furnishings.

The Gorgaccia apartment is the largest available (180 m2), ideal for accommodating 8 to 10 people (8 + 2 beds). It is accessed via a large staircase, with an independent entrance, and is located on the first floor. The apartment is composed of a large living room with a large original fireplace, next to a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and everything you might need), the living room described unfolds over 2 floors, in fact going up the stairs we find another living room with a view of the previous one which has the function of a relaxation area around which overlook the 4 double bedrooms (with double beds and single beds if necessary) and the 2 bathrooms with shower.

There is no air conditioning: the thick walls of the house guarantee an ideal temperature.
