This renovation has equipped the apartments with all modern comforts while preserving the authentic historical charm and colors. Nestled among olive trees and vineyards where grapes are grown for the Chianti wines produced on the same farm, the property also features a terrace with a swimming pool, a barbecue, and green lawns. Oaks, cypresses, and mulberry trees provide plenty of shade in these lovely lounging areas.

Borgo Santinovo is located near the town of Colle Val d'Elsa, famous for its long-standing crystal craftsmanship. The town accounts for 95% of Italy’s and 15% of the world’s crystal production. As a result, you’ll find beautiful glassware and crystal in small boutiques scattered throughout the town. There’s also plenty to admire in the grand 16th-century architecture in the town center.

If you’re not yet satisfied with these historical sights, cities such as Siena, Volterra, and Florence are easily reachable by a short drive, each with their own unique and deep-rooted history.

The mezzanine accommodates 4 to 6 guests across its two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living kitchen with a double sofa bed; on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
