Villa dei Nuraghi is a spacious, detached villa on the beautiful south coast of Sardinia, close to the famous seaside resort of Villasimius. The villa is part of the quiet complex “I Nuraghi” and is situated in a unique location with beautiful sea views and direct access to a private beach. A private staircase leads down to the beach, ensuring optimal peace and privacy.

The villa can accommodate 7 people and consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with three beds. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen in American style. The villa also has two bathrooms with a total of three showers. Outside, you will find a large veranda with a dining table and seating area with beautiful sea views. A special feature is the roof terrace with garden, where you have a magnificent view of the coastline.

The area around Villasimius is known for its variety of rocky cliffs, small bays and white sandy beaches. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful beaches such as Porto Sa Ruxi, Simius, Campus and Porto Giunco, ideal for beach lovers and coastal walkers.
