The country house is surrounded by a spacious garden with lawn, fruit trees, centuries-old olive trees, and roses.
In a lower part of the garden there is a private swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.60 m), open from 1 May to 31 October, surrounded by grass and a sun terrace with tuff stone tiles. Comfortable chairs, tables, and a hammock are available.

Next to the pergola by the pool, which provides shade during the day, there is a small annex with a bathroom (sink and toilet), a changing room, and a kitchenette with electric cooking plates and a small refrigerator. Behind the building there is an outdoor shower with cold water. Guests can also use a barbecue.

Cars can be parked under a shaded pergola.
