The owners have transformed an ancient farmhouse into a lovely private resort, consisting of several terraced villas with a bright and contemporary style. This villa is part of the resort (I78.162, see I78.156–I78.164) and features a private terrace with garden furniture.

The large swimming pool is shared with other guests and is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Tuscan landscape. Breakfast service is available on request. In the surrounding area, you can explore Tuscan cuisine, join wine tastings, take cooking classes, or even hunt for truffles with a guide. The resort reception provides all the necessary information for activities and excursions.

The peaceful location, combined with proximity to charming towns and cultural highlights, makes this resort ideal for exploring Tuscany. Montepulciano is famous for its elegant churches, historic squares, palaces, excellent restaurants, and of course, its fine wines. Nearby are also Chianciano Terme and the artistic town of Pienza with its former papal palace. A little further away, but still easily accessible, are Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, and Perugia. For a different day trip, Lake Trasimeno is highly recommended, with a pleasant boat ride from Castiglione del Lago to Isola Maggiore. All amenities can be found in Torrita di Siena (7 km) and Sinalunga (12 km).
