This typical Tuscan villa, completely independent, is located only 5 km from the renowned town of Montepulciano and features a large private swimming pool and a beautiful garden. From the house, you can enjoy the magnificent Tuscan hillside landscape with vineyards, woods, and olive groves.
The villa is divided into three apartments with independent entrances, making it perfect for a large group of friends or two families who wish to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy.
The first floor is accessible only via an external staircase.
