You have a wide view of the medieval village of Rigomagno and of the Chiana valley with alternating small vineyards, olive groves and forests. The floor of the nicely furnished house can be reached via an external staircase. There is a kitchen on both the ground floor and the first floor. The location, between Arezzo, Siena and Montepuliciano, is ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Tuscany. Montepulciano, famous for its wine, is definitely worth a visit with its Renaissance palazzi, just like Pienza with its former papal palace. The beautiful city of Siena, with its medieval center, the shell-shaped square of Piazza del Campo, the impressive Duomo and many other sights is also within easy reach. In Arezzo, with its many art treasures and thriving jewelry industry, there is an antique market every first Sunday of the month that attracts visitors from far and wide. It is also nice to take a trip to Castiglione del Lago on Lake Trasimeno (36 km.) You will find many facilities in Lucignano , there is a bakery a grocery and a pharmacy and there are several restaurants. You will also find all the amenities in Sinalunga, including a large supermarket.
