Beautiful villa with large panoramic private pool
This fully detached villa features a spacious garden with a covered terrace and a large private pool, from where you can enjoy a stunning view over the surrounding hills with vineyards, farmhouses, and castles on the horizon. The house was designed by an architect and is tastefully and elegantly furnished, with great attention to detail. Beautiful traditional materials have been used, and the interior is a pleasant mix of authentic and modern.
The villa is located 4 km from the village of Buonconvento, where all necessary amenities can be found.
Along the quiet road you will find a spacious parking area with the entrance courtyard, which separates the villa from the road. On the opposite, sunny side are the loggias, the living room and the kitchen, the garden and the pool, all offering privacy and wonderful views.
The house is ideally situated for exploring the surroundings, which offer much both culturally and in terms of nature. Nearby you will find characteristic towns such as Montalcino and San Quirico d'Orcia. The beautiful city of Siena is only 29 km away and, with its impressive cathedral and the medieval Piazza del Campo, is definitely worth a visit. The charming town of Pienza, with its former papal palace, is also easy to reach. In Bibbiano (0.2 km) and Buonconvento you will find cosy terraces and excellent restaurants.
