Renovated Tuscan casale with private swimming pool and panoramic views for 9 people
Detached holiday home with private swimming pool near Piazze in Tuscany, peacefully located about 4 km from the village. Suitable for 9 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
This characteristic stone country house (a so-called casale) has been recently renovated while preserving various authentic features, such as the floors and ceilings. The house is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. You have access to a spacious garden with a large swimming pool and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
Piazze, where basic amenities can be found, is located approximately 25 km southeast of Chianciano Terme. The region is known for its charming villages with narrow streets, squares, and small shops, such as Sarteano, San Casciano dei Bagni, Cetona, and Celle sul Rigo. Monte Cetona is also nearby.
The beautiful city of Siena is about 95 km away and is definitely worth a visit, as are Perugia, Assisi, and Cortona. Near Chiusi you can find Etruscan tombs, while Chianciano Terme and San Casciano dei Bagni are well known for their spa facilities. Lake Trasimeno is also easily accessible. Thanks to the motorway or the train, day trips to Rome or Florence are also very feasible.
Please note: the bedroom on the ground floor is accessible either from outside or via the first floor.
